Return a Product
We are so confident that our products will work for you, we will refund your money if you don't feel noticeable relief. If you are dissatisfied with the effectiveness of our products in any way, you have a full 90 days (3 months) to return the product and request a no-hassle refund.* Refund credits (less shipping, handling and promotions) are issued promptly after we receive the returned product. If you would like to return a product, choose one of the options below.
Options to Return a Product

- Use our website to request a product return:
- Log into your account
- Find the appropriate order in the list and click the Return Items? link on the right.
- On the next page, • Select the quantity of each item you would like to return from the drop downs, • Select a Return Reason, • Select a Return Action, and add any notes in the comments box.
- Click or tap the Submit Return Request button.
- When your message is received, a customer service representative will contact you with instructions on what to do next.
*Valid for up to six products (including items that are free or discounted due to promotions) per customer per 90-day period. We are sorry, but as of now, we do not provide return labels.
